European Nightcrawlers (Eisenia Hortensis) have many names, you will see them marketed as; Jumbo Red Worms, Panfish Worms, Trout Worms, Leaf Worms, Belgian Night Crawlers, Euro¡¯s, panfish worms and several other names. Live European Nightcrawlers are all bait size (2'- 3') not bed run making them the ideal live panfish worm. The European Nightcrawler can be used to catch Sunfish, Bass, Perch, Crappie, Trout and even Walleye. European Nightcrawlers can also be used as a composting worm and can coexist peacefully in a composting bin with the Red Wiggler (compost worm). They are perfect for people who love to fish and garden.Worm Care:

• European Nightcrawlers may lose some weight in shipping because they are shipped in dry bedding.
• Remove the worms from the bag they are shipped in and transfer them into a new container with fresh bedding; they will gain their weight back in 2 - 4 days. The worms are shipped in enough bedding for shipping, not enough to live in.
• Store the live Red Worms at 38-78 degrees. They can also be refrigerated.

Bedding:

• Use chemical free peat moss, shredded paper, and water. Add enough water until a few drops of water drip when you squeeze it. Their bedding material also serves as their food source.
• You can feed them worm chow, or table scraps.

Shipping:

• Orders are shipped Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays with UPS Overnight.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM Central Standard time will be shipped the following shipping day.
• If weather conditions are hot (75 degrees or higher or cold 40 degrees or less) we may not ship. You will be contacted my email of any delays occur.
